The 26-year-old Fameyeh has played a vital role in Rubin Kazan’s return to the top flight of Russian football in their first attempt after their relegation last season.
The Black Stars attacker scored 11 goals in 30 appearances in his debut season with the two-time Russian champions.
In the game, Fameyeh opened the scoring with a header from the middle of the box just before the end of the first half.
Eight minutes into the second half, he tapped in a goal from the far post to secure the victory and start the title celebrations.
