The Dwumakrom community in the Bosome Freho district is in dire need of social amenities.
These include; good roads, potable water and access to toilet facilities. The absence of these amenities is posing a challenge to the residents.
The community members say the town next to theirs has its road tarred, which makes them feel left out of the development agenda.
This situation, they say, has impacted negatively on transportation in the area.
They told Adom News correspondent, Isaac K. Normanyo, that many of them attend to nature’s call in the bush.
Some risk getting bitten by snakes and other predators.
They, therefore, appealed to the government to come to their aid.
Obaapanin for Dwumakrom, Esther Amoah, said they feel deprived of the national cake.
She said the community has a population of over 300 but lacks resources provided from the national coffers.
