The newly enskinned Zosimli Naa II, Dr. Ife Bell Tipag’ya has pledged her commitment to continuing with the developmental projects started by her predecessor, the late Dr. Susan Herlin.
She said it is her desire to continue the longstanding relationship that existed between Louisville, Kentucky-USA and the Region by fostering development.
Dr. Ife Bell made this known at her palace after her enskinment as the Zosimli Naa II by N’yab Gukpe Naa.
She mentioned education and leadership, health and well-being, culture and community, business and innovation as the four pillars her projects will focus on.
She pledged her readiness to avail herself when duty calls.
Dr. Ife Bell Tipag’ya is a native of Louisville, Kentucky-USA.
The 43-year-old is an expert in international leadership with 15 years of experience, delivering measurable results.
She has also worked in the educational system in the US for 10 years, and her career track record shows immeasurable success working with communities, organizations, and corporate-level leaders.
Her academic credentials include a Doctoral residence in Organizational Development and Change and a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change.
Also, Zosimli Naa II is an avid reader, coach, international speaker, traveller, community innovator, and women’s advocate.
The Northern Regional Minister, Alhaji Saani Alhassan Shaibu congratulated the new Zosimli Naa on her coronation, assuring her of the support chiefs and people to make her reign successful.
The Zosimli Title means Chief of friendship.
The title was first conferred on the late Dr. Susan Herlin, the first Zosimli Naa for her outstanding support in championing the development of the area.
The gesture was also to acknowledge the existing relationship between Tamale Metropolitan area and Louisville in the USA.
The role of the Zosimli Naa is to support and promote education and culture of the people in the Northern Region.
