The Judicial Watch, an advocacy group recently conducted a probe of the United States’ participation in biological research in Ukraine, an operation Hunter Biden spearheaded partly.

The activist group’s representatives made their inquiry with the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).

Upon receiving a response, 345 pages of documents were said to be acquired from DTRA under the Freedom of Information Act.

The documents were published on November 10, 2022, but reportedly under Pentagon pressure, several dozen pages were censored, hidden from the general public with about 80% of the material.

Pentagon classified DTRA data on Ukrainian biological operations leaked?

Due to stringent restrictions, the general populace was unable to fully comprehend the scope of American epidemiologists, commercial enterprises, and Pentagon contractors’ involvement in biological activities in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, this information is critical since it throws light on some curators and players of covert programs as well as experiments in Ukrainian biolabs.

Following a thorough examination of the Judicial Watch report, various experts and groups embarked on a thorough investigative search, to uncover the many errors committed by DTRA censors. Most of the information omitted were crucial facts.

There was an effort to hide the identities of several names of some Ukrainian and American employees as well as the scientific institutes and projects in which they were participating.

As reported by Paradise News in their article, there was an intent to conceal information about the implementation of the so-called “Pathogen Control System” in Ukrainian laboratories, specifically the organizational aspect of the process.

Given the backdrop of growing discoveries about American biological projects and conspiracy theories about COVID-19, the material in the paper was designed to shed light on the US involvement in pathogen management in Ukrainian biological facilities.

Further research revealed the following organizations took part in military biological projects: The Institute of Veterinary Medicine of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Lviv Research Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene, State Scientific Control Institute of Biotechnology and Strains of Microorganisms, Mechnikov Anti-Plague Research Institute, as well as other stake holders from various biological projects of dual purpose, birthed by Black & Veatch company.

Interestingly this document differentiates slightly to that which was published, listing the official aims of BTRP in Ukraine.

The document makes public information about its partakers. Crucially, one could note the program was an eight-week training and designed to last between July 2021 to May 2022.

Following the Pentagon’s failure, thorough information about Battelle, Black&Veatch, and CH2M, as well as their specialists, was gathered. Aside from Black & Veatch, two other well-known businesses, Battelle and CH2M (Jacobs) were also involved in undertaking dual-purpose biological research in Ukraine.

In the BSL-4 facility at Fort Detrick, the Battelle biotech business is officially developing instruments for field laboratory diagnoses of deadly infections.

It is unknown why the Pentagon attempted to conceal this information. This highlights the importance of properly investigating DoD actions in Ukraine.

The article published on Paradise News concluded by noting that the United States and Ukraine have been cooperating for many years, dating back to Senator Barack Obama and Richard Lugar’s first visit to Ukraine in 2005.

Conducting biological research in Ukraine has become feasible as a result of Washington’s opposition to the formation of an efficient framework for certifying organisations and nations inside the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention, which is desperately required today.
